Packaging Products We Produce
All packaging is printed on our Konica Minolta press and die-cut with our Aeon Nova laser cutter. Minimum order 50 units, standard turnaround 5–7 working days.
Sleeves (Wrap-Around)
Custom printed wrap-around sleeves for beverage bottles, product wraps, and box sleeves. 200–250gsm coated paper with full bleed print, die-cut to size, and creased. From 50 units.
Folding Cartons (Boxes)
Product boxes, gift boxes, and takeaway containers in 250–350gsm folding carton board. Full bleed print, die-cut, and creased — ready to fold and assemble. Small, medium, large, and custom sizes.
Custom Die-Cut Boxes
Branded boxes with custom shapes and die-cut designs. Simple or complex shapes in 250–350gsm coated board. Includes digital die design and sample approval before production.
Label Sheets (Kiss-Cut)
Product labels and branded sticker sheets on 130–150gsm self-adhesive stock. Full bleed print with kiss-cut finishing — backing stays intact for easy peeling. A4 or custom shapes.
Door Hangers
Hotel room hangers, promotional door hangers, and service notices. 200–250gsm coated paper with die-cut hole and optional perforation for tear-off sections.
Table Tents (Tent Cards)
Restaurant table cards, event signage, and promotional tent cards. 200–250gsm coated paper, full bleed print with centre crease. A6 and A5 folded sizes available.
Product Glorifiers (Shelf Talkers)
Retail shelf signage and POS displays in 200–300gsm coated board. Die-cut shapes with optional adhesive backing or easel stand for freestanding display.
Product Inserts & Leaflets
Instruction cards, promotional leaflets, and product inserts in 150–200gsm coated or uncoated paper. Die-cut to size with optional folding and perforation.
Presentation Folders
Branded corporate folders in 250–350gsm coated board. Full bleed print with die-cut, crease, and optional pocket die-cuts and business card slots. From 25 units.
